Bryant Shaw, Ph.D.

Dr. Bryant Shaw received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. He received an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi, and completed his undergraduate work at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. Dr. Shaw is a member of the Texas and Houston Psychological Associations and uses his affiliations with these and other local organizations as platforms for advocating for persons with neurological differences.
In 2008, after serving for four years as a member of The Monarch Institute’s Day School Multidisciplinary Psychology Team, Dr. Shaw extended the scope of his work by taking on the role of Director of the Institute’s Diagnostic Clinic services. His passion for helping people with neurological differences to improve their self-awareness, self-regulatory skills, relationships, and executive functions is evident in his clinical work and teaching efforts, and his energy and sense of humor make for a lively and informative presentation style.
